There are many ways to define the Digital Storytelling: we like to consider it as a new narrative strategy which allows people to tell and live their stories with a gripping and interactive engagement. The Digital Storytelling is based on three essential elements:

The use of technological devices (smartphone, tablet, pc….);

The creation and fruition of multimedia contents (video, audio, pictures, texts, augmented reality objects);

A narrative setting in which users is actively engaged inside a story; for instance, he is required to make specific actions which can influence at different levels, the following of the story (gamification)
